About Me
My name is Jade Smith. I provide Counselling and Psychotherapy services in Kelbrook, Lancashire. Easily accessible to people coming from the Ribble Valley, Colne, Barnoldswick, Earby and Skipton.
I have a BA Hons in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

As a therapist I provide a safe, confidential space where you can open up and together we can explore the difficult feelings and emotions that may arise.
As an Integrative psychotherapist I believe that not one type of therapy fits all, therefore bringing in techniques from other modalities of therapy such as person-centred, CBT, Psychodynamic and Gestalt may provide you with a greater therapeutic experience.
I am able to work with clients on a range of issues including: anxiety, depression, stress, emotional abuse, low self-esteem, relationship issues, health issues, work issues, ADHD, autism, trauma, general counselling.

My service involves an initial free 30 minute consultation so you can meet with me to decide if you feel I will be the right therapist for you.
£50 for a 50 minute face to face session.
£35 for counselling students face to face session.
£40 for a zoom or phone call session.
I offer counselling sessions from Monday-Sunday with a range of flexible hours in order to meet the needs of busy lives.
